At GeZhi, raw material quality is controlled at the source through a strict supplier approval and ongoing evaluation system, assessing partners’ manufacturing capability, quality stability, and industry reputation.
Every batch of steel is required to be accompanied by a Mill Certificate, verifying chemical composition and mechanical properties to ensure full material traceability. In addition, critical raw materials are subject to random re-inspections, with testing commissioned to authoritative third-party laboratories when necessary.
This multi-layer control effectively prevents unqualified materials from entering production and forms the first line of defense for product quality.
Precision Manufacturing Through Process Control
Consistent product performance depends on controlled and repeatable manufacturing processes.
GeZhi operates industry-leading automated equipment, including high-efficiency powder coating lines capable of producing up to 4,500 uprights and 4,200 beams per day, significantly improving both production efficiency and coating consistency.
Automated welding robots are widely applied to ensure stable welding quality and dimensional accuracy. From steel rolling and stamping to welding, powder coating, and final packaging, all production steps follow standardized workflows with clearly defined operating and quality requirements.
Throughout production, real-time quality inspections are carried out by dedicated quality inspectors. Inspection data is recorded at each stage, and any deviations are addressed immediately, ensuring the entire manufacturing process remains under effective control.
Reliability Verified by Rigorous Pre-Shipment Inspection
Completion of production does not mean immediate shipment.
All products must pass GeZhi’s final and most critical quality inspection stage before delivery.
Finished products undergo 100% inspection of appearance and key dimensions to ensure consistency and workmanship quality. For racking systems, load-bearing performance is the most critical functional requirement. Key structural components are therefore subject to sampling load tests, simulating demanding warehouse operating conditions to verify compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.
Each inspection and load test generates detailed reports, providing clear and traceable quality records. These reports serve not only as proof of product performance, but also as a reflection of GeZhi’s commitment to delivering reliable storage solutions that customers can use with confidence.
