Persiapan Pra-Pemasangan<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Periksa semua bahagian: tiang menegak, rasuk, pin keselamatan, bolt sauh, pad kaki<\/li>\n<li>Pastikan lantai adalah <strong>rata &amp; menanggung beban<\/strong>; bersihkan &amp; jelaskan kawasan itu<\/li>\n<li>Sediakan alat: laser level, kunci tork, tukul getah, pita pengukur<\/li>\n<li>Tandakan garisan susun atur mengikut reka bentuk (ambil kira kapasiti muatan &amp; lubang titisan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Pasang bingkai menegak<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Pasang tapak kaki pada asas tegak<\/li>\n<li>Pasang penyangga silang dan penyangga serong dari bawah ke atas; kencangkan bolt dengan tangan terlebih dahulu.<\/li>\n<li>Gunakan laser level untuk memeriksa kelurusan menegak; kencangkan bolt sepenuhnya setelah selaras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Letakkan &amp; Pasang Paku Tiang Tegak<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Letakkan tiang menegak pada kedudukan yang ditandakan; gunakan shim untuk pelarasan lantai kecil.<\/li>\n<li>Bor dan pasang bolt sauh; ketatkan sehingga <strong>tork yang ditetapkan<\/strong> (kritikal untuk muatan berat)<\/li>\n<li>Semak semula penjajaran menegak (toleransi \u22641mm\/m)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Pasang Balok (Serasi dengan Lubang Titisan Air Mata)<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sejajarkan kait rasuk dengan lubang titisan tegak; tekan dengan kuat untuk mengunci<\/li>\n<li>Pasang <strong>semua pin keselamatan<\/strong> untuk mengelakkan pemutusan pancaran<\/li>\n<li>Pastikan rasuk rata; semak konsistensi ketinggian merentasi barisan.<\/li>\n<li>Mengetatkan bolt (jika digunakan) mengikut tork yang dinilai untuk rak tugas berat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5.
