2. Product features
Upright and H bracing, D bracing and the footplate are connected by bolts, bolts for high strength bolts 4.8 galvanized;
The whole beams punch forming, effectively prevent the severe impact, greatly improves the loading capacity;
The upright can be adjusted up and down according to the pitch. Each layer of the beam is equipped with safety pins, to prevent beam moving in work;
Molded by the factory by rolling, its rigidity, strength meets the standard of machinery industry;
3. Surface treatment
All the parts rack surfaces by cleaning and degreasing – after phosphating, then epoxy resin powder (Powder Coating), the thickness of the coating is 60~80 microns, and by a constant temperature of 180 DEG C, and use the 2H pencil test no scratches;
Electrostatic powder adhesion reached level 0 requirements in the GB92865-88 standard;
The hardness (wear resistance) is 100 times more than ordinary Xiaojiqi, reached 2 in the standard of GB6739-86 ii;
The corrosion resistance of GB1171-91 (hydrochloric acid experiment) is more than 500 hours.
4. Technical deviation
The upright bending error is less than 1/1000 or 10mm;
The upright and the installation of ground vertical deviation less than 1/1000 (ground roughness 1/1000);
The maximum load bearing measure deflection is less than 1/200;
The safety factor is not less than 1.65.
5. Strength instructions
The strength index profiles of the rack (N/mm2): tensile, compressive and flexural shear 205, 120, 310 end bearing;
The rack strength index (N/mm2): compressive weld butt weld tensile bending 120, 175, 120; weld compressive, tensile and bending 140.
6. Process
