Using Standard Pallet Racking for Long Materials<\/h2>\n<p>Standard\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gz-rack.com\/ru\/product\/heavy-duty-pallet-racking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pallet racking<\/a>\u00a0is designed for palletized goods, not long and irregular loads. When lumber, pipes, or steel profiles are placed across pallet rack beams, the load may not be distributed as intended, creating uneven stress on the structure.<\/p>\n<p>Long materials extending beyond the rack can also create safety risks. They may be impacted by forklifts during operation, causing the load to shift or fall.<\/p>\n<h3>How to avoid it<\/h3>\n<p>Use a cantilever racking system designed specifically for long materials. Its open-front design allows goods to be stored directly on cantilever arms, providing easier access, better load distribution, and safer handling.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\"cantilever racking system\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jracking.com\/uploads\/14156\/info\/p20260716175109269e0.png\" alt=\"cantilever racking system\" width=\"560\" height=\"364\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>2.
