• Welding Quality: Full, uniform welds; no false/missing welding, cracks or slag; firm force-bearing points.
• Surface Powder Coating: Uniform, smooth; no bubbles, missing coating or peeling; rust-resistant.
• Dimensional Accuracy: Precise upright holes, flat shelves; overall size matches the design.

3. Installation Accuracy Inspection

• Verticality: Single upright deviation ≤10mm; no overall inclination.
• Levelness: Same-layer beam deviation ≤±2mm; no height difference.
• Connection Firmness: Beams properly connected to uprights; safety pins/bolts complete and tight.
• Floor Fixing: Stable feet; medium/heavy-duty shelving fixed with expansion bolts if needed, no shaking.

4. Load-Bearing & Safety Inspection (Key Item)

• Static Load-Bearing Test: Load per rated capacity (100–500kg/layer for medium-duty); beam deflection ≤L/250, no permanent deformation.
• Safety Accessories: Complete anti-collision corners, anti-fall devices; clear passages and signs.
• Overall Stability: No shaking or abnormal noise when fully loaded; safe and reliable.
