Raw Material of Industrial Racking
Steel is the core raw material for racking. We adopt graded steel for different rack components complying with below standards:
EN 10025: Structural hot-rolled steel
EN 10346: Continuous hot-dip coated flat steel
EN 10149: High-strength hot-rolled steel for cold forming
EN 10139: Uncoated low-carbon cold-forming steel strip
Profiling process
Precision rolling machines strictly control profile dimensions to meet quality standards. Full dimension inspection on beams and uprights guarantees stable installation and load-bearing. Serial number traceability for components is a core Industry 4.0 process; see our article for details.
Welding process
The weld between the profile of the beam and the connector is one of the critical components of the industrial racking system. The automated manufacturing system provides uniform welding with an excellent surface finish. Subsequently, if final control is carried out of all the welded components, any possible defect in this operation is discounted
