Heavy-duty (beam/pallet) racking is a mainstream industrial warehouse storage solution. With a single-layer load capacity of 800–5000kg, it is widely applied in manufacturing, logistics and distribution centers.

Core Parameters

Featuring a fully assembled upright and beam structure, the rack height is adjustable in 75mm increments. A single unit is generally within 4m in length and 1.5m in depth. Standard racks are under 12m high, while high-rise versions can reach 25–30m. Multi-bent upright sections deliver high inertia and excellent load-bearing performance.

Selection Tips

Select racks based on pallet size, cargo weight, forklift lifting height and warehouse space. Follow the rule of heavy goods below, light goods above and avoid overloading. Upright protectors and crash bars are recommended to prevent forklift damage.

For conventional warehousing needs, choose suppliers adopting cold-formed steel technology and finite element analysis for optimized structure and cost efficiency under standard load conditions. Qualified products shall comply with ISO standards, with electrostatic powder coating (thickness ≥60μm) for superior anti-corrosion and rust resistance.
