A. Upright Posts
- The cumulative error of hole spacing along the entire length of an upright post shall not exceed 2 mm, and the error between adjacent hole distances shall be less than 0.02 mm.
- The limit deviation of the overall length of an upright post shall not exceed 2 mm.
- The bending error of an upright post shall be less than L/1000 mm (where L is the length of the upright post), and shall not exceed 6 mm.
- The verticality deviation between an upright post and the installation ground shall be less than L/1000 mm (where L is the height of the upright post), and shall not exceed 6 mm.
- The limit deviation of the shelf plate’s dimensions shall be less than 1 mm.
- The limit deviation of height difference between the bottom plates of shelf plates shall be less than 0.5 mm.
B. Beams
- The dimensional error of a beam’s length shall be less than 0.5 mm.
- The height difference error between the two ends of an assembled beam shall be less than 1 mm.
- When a shelf beam bears the specified maximum load, its deflection shall satisfy the requirement of being less than L/250 (where L is the span of the beam).
C. After Overall Installation of the Shelves
- The verticality of the shelf unit along the length and width directions of the aisle shall be less than 10 mm.
- The allowable deviation in the width direction of the aisle shall be less than 5 mm.
