At GeZhi, we recognize that racking systems are large, heavy, and often customized. To ensure safe delivery, every stage from packing to container loading is planned and executed with precision.
All finished racking components are palletized for stability during handling and transport. Before palletizing, stacking sequences and fixed positions are planned based on component size and weight. Vulnerable areas such as corners and connectors are protected with additional materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Each pallet is reinforced and inspected to ensure stability throughout long-distance shipping.
For export shipments, we use plywood pallets, which are exempt from fumigation requirements:
No fumigation certificate required
Smooth customs clearance
More stable and durable than solid wood pallets, ideal for heavy racking systems
During the quotation stage, our container planning team calculates container requirements based on dimensions, weight, and packing method. Container layouts are simulated and verified to ensure efficient space utilization and avoid unnecessary freight costs.
Loading is carried out on a dedicated platform with standardized procedures and safety zones. Experienced forklift operators handle racking components with careful control of balance and center of gravity. Oversized or special items are secured with additional protection in coordination with ground staff.
After loading, each container undergoes VGM weighing. Net and gross weights are verified against container limits and shipping requirements. Only after full verification do we proceed with port delivery and booking, ensuring compliance and shipment safety.
With experienced teams and strict process control, we ensure every racking shipment is delivered securely and ready for installation.
