Light duty racking is a type of manual picking storage rack, assembled with uprights, beams and deck panels. It is easy to install and disassemble. Each level can bear 100–200 kg, ideal for most warehouses with manual goods access.
The shelf levels are adjustable at 50 mm intervals to fit different product heights. Standard rack height is within 2 meters, and it can reach up to 3 meters with simple climbing aids. Racks can be used standalone or connected in multiple combinations for flexible layout planning.
This rack system uses clip-in assembly instead of numerous bolts. The main and add-on frame structure delivers great stability. Safety pins are equipped to stop beams from dislodging under external force. Uprights and beams are made of cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating. Custom colors are available for anti-corrosion and good appearance.
Light duty racks are widely used in factory spare parts warehouses, small item storage rooms and e-commerce warehouses. You can extend the storage capacity by connecting main frames with add-on bays.
