We adopt CAD software to draw layout drawings, showing mezzanine structure, columns, stairs, safety barriers and layout relative to fire exits and building facilities. Engineers conduct on-site measurement and fully communicate with clients to design tailored solutions.
Manufacturing Process
Approved drawings are sent to in-house factory. All components are manufactured in compliance with BS5950-1:2000 and relevant industrial standards. Premium raw materials are applied. Workers finish cutting, punching, welding and strict inspection before delivery. Dedicated project managers update progress and arrange installation matters.
On-site Installation
Professional installers assemble all steel parts with forklifts and lifting equipment. Safety rules are strictly followed during construction. The site is kept tidy, and all waste and rental equipment will be cleared up after completion.
Quality & Safety Assurance
- Regular professional inspections detect wear and hidden risks. Inspection reports will be delivered, and risky areas will be isolated immediately.
- Staff can receive training to carry out daily internal safety checks.
- Load limit signs are posted to avoid overloading.
Usage Modification
Altering mezzanine application must base on actual load capacity. Structures not designed for heavy loads cannot serve production work. Professional consultation and original design documents are required before usage change.
