4‑Step Dismantling Guide
- Empty the racks – Remove all goods. Never dismantle loaded racks.
- Take off deck panels – Remove one by one, stack flat on safe ground.
- Dismantle beams top‑down – Tap beam lugs upward with a rubber mallet to release clips. Always remove upper beams first. Don’t strike uprights violently.
- Disassemble upright frames – Separate frames, remove base plates. Sort uprights, beams and panels to avoid damage.
Safety Notes
- Wear gloves; high racks need a team, never work alone.
- Protect beam lugs and upright holes; deformed parts must not be reused.
- Count and label all parts for easy reinstallation.
